docs: use --clean in examples (#393) 

* fix: update obsolete --rm-dir to --clean

* fix: restore IDE unexpected replacements

* fix: extra newline removed

Sorry, lot of "minor" commit to limit the global changes... My IDE is not setup as yours, I tried to tricked it.
